Here at Chiles Enterprises we make customer service our primary goal. There are many card systems available today, but our dedication and service to our customer puts us above the rest. Input from our customer is very important to us and we appreciate comments and ideas that give us an opportunity to improve our service to you.

Q. What are Chiles Enterprises' fees for this automated system?
A. With Chiles Enterprises there are no charges for cards or hidden fees for purchases that you make. Many cards paint a pretty picture up front so that you donít see the fees at the end.
Q. Does Chiles Enterprises give discounts?
A. At Chiles Enterprises we offer a discount on every gallon purchased. Ask your sales representative for details.

Q. What if I lose my cards or I need to change information on cards?
A. Immediately give us a call and we can order you another card. When information needs changing, all you have to do is give us a call.
Q. How do I know the price of fuel since the price isnít posted at your sites?
A. Give us a call; we can give you prices for any Pacific Pride site in the United States. Chiles Enterprises is not a retail operation. You will become a wholesale buyer of fuel and that is the most cost effective method of purchasing. We use the combined volume of many customers such as yourself to be able to go to refiners and get the best pricing available at all times. Prices are adjusted daily.
Q. Do you give receipts?
A. Our system was specifically designed to enable the customer to get rid of fuel receipts. Most all of our customers used to use signed fuel receipts and now use the excellent detailed report to control fuel purchases. However if recipes are absolutely necessary most sites have a receipt printer.
Q. What kind of billing terms do you have?
A. We at Chiles Enterprises realize that not all companies are the same. We offer many different terms for a company to choose from; example, weekly, twice a month, and monthly.
Q. What kind of payment plans does Chiles Enterprise have to offer?
A. We accept most major credit cards like Visa, American Express, Master Card and so on. Also we are able to set up Electronic Funds Transfer accounts. We strive to give our customers the availability they need to make them comfortable with their fueling needs.
Q. Do Pacific Pride sites have restrooms?
A. Some locations have restrooms that can be accessed with the cards, others have a nearby store.
Q. Do Pacific Pride sites have telephones?
A. Most locations have or are near a store that has a telephone, and cell phone coverage is available in most areas.
Q. Weíre just a small company, can we use this service?
A. Our system works equally well for both small and large companies. We understand the needs of business, and our fueling service offers a way to effectively control a very important area of your company.
Q. What type (brand) of fuel do you have?
A. Many sites are branded with major brands such as Texaco, Phillips, etc.
Q. How many years do you have in the card lock business?
A. There is over fourty years of knowledge in the card lock business with Pacific Pride.
Q. Are your locations easy to get in and out?
A. Most of Pacific Pride sites are easily accessible for both cars and big trucks. If unsure, you can look up information about the site in the Pacific Pride directory or look at the locations page on our web site.
Q. Will your statement have the information I need?
A. At Pacific Pride all the fueling information you need is on your statement. You only have to look one place (your statement) for MPG, cost of fuel, total gallons purchased. It's all there on your Pacific Pride statement. Sorta like one-stop shopping.
Q. How can I find your sites and are they clearly marked?
A. Each site is equipped with bright signage to make them more visible to our customers.
